Innovative Potential of Russian Regions: Analysis of Formation of Regional Clusters Connected by Technological Chains
The modern era is characterized by irreversible transformation processes of the economy. First, it is the fall in hydrocarbon prices, which will stimulate the weakening of the economies of oil and gas-dependent regions.Ă‚Â Secondly, the fourth technological order began to transform into the fifth, which means that the classical production instead of the main centers of value creation are transformed into engineering infrastructure. Third, the globalization of markets defeats any attempt to close borders, which means that in order to achieve success, it is initially necessary to focus on global highly competitive markets, not only on food, but also on labor, knowledge and technology markets.Correlation analysis shows that almost all countries of the world with a developed high-income economy, at the same time top the list of the most innovative States, which once again confirms the action of these trends.Analyzing the economic prospects of Russia, it is important to recognize that the rate of processing and export of petroleum products, the preservation and development of traditional industries, as well as the localization of supply chains are not able to provide the country with economic growth and bring it closer to the most developed economies of the world. In this article we consider innovative development of subjects of Russia. Problems and prospects of innovative development of real sector of economy of regions are revealed. Thus, thanks to a comprehensive study of the motives of global supply chains, recommendations are made for the creation of innovative clusters to improve the economy of Russian regions
The heat and mass transfer modeling with time delay
Nonlinear hyperbolic reaction-diffusion equations with a delay in time are investigated. All equations considered here contain one arbitrary function. Exact solutions are also presented for more complex nonlinear equations in which delay arbitrarily depends on time. Exact solutions with a generalized separation of variables are found. For special cases, new exact solutions in the form of a traveling waves are obtained, some of which can be represented in terms of elementary functions. All of these solutions contain free (arbitrary) parameters, so that one can use them to solve modeling problems of heat and mass transfer with relaxation phenomena
Digital Twins as a New Paradigm of an Industrial Enterprise
The
aim of this research is to investigate the core principles and possibilities of
using digital twin technology for the development of
Russia’s industrial sectors, taking into account the international experience.
Theoretical and methodological research has been based on the scientific works
of domestic and foreign scientists on the use of digital technologies in the
management of economic systems, including industry. The study was based on a
set of quantitative and qualitative methods, including case analysis and text
mining. A semantic analysis of scientific publications and industry literature
was conducted to assess the condition of the problem field and determine trends
in the digital transformation of industries from the standpoint of digital twin
technology. In addition, an open-source collection of over 100 case files
reflecting the practice of introducing digital twins into production processes
was compiled. It has been proven that
digital twins provide a wide range of possibilities for production enterprises:
increased productivity, efficient use of resources, energy intensity and
efficiency, reduction of different kinds of costs at all stages of the product
life cycle, production of new types of products, and the modification of the organization’s
business model. A SWOT analysis of economic entities using digital twins was
undertaken, which made it possible to identify the opportunities and threats of
their introduction into the production process. The study results have refined the model of a new
generation industrial economic system based on the functionality of a digital
twin, including the parameters of system and predictive analytics, as well as the
Internet of Things platform
Geometric scaling behavior of the scattering amplitude for DIS with nuclei
The main question, that we answer in this paper, is whether the initial
condition can influence on the geometric scaling behavior of the amplitude for
DIS at high energy. We re-write the non-linear Balitsky-Kovchegov equation in
the form which is useful for treating the interaction with nuclei. Using the
simplified BFKL kernel, we find the analytical solution to this equation with
the initial condition given by the McLerran-Venugopalan formula. This solution
does not show the geometric scaling behavior of the amplitude deeply in the
saturation region. On the other hand, the BFKL Pomeron calculus with the
initial condition at given by the solution to Balitsky-Kovchegov
equation, leads to the geometric scaling behavior. The McLerran - Venugopalan
formula is the natural initial condition for the Color Glass Condensate (CGC)
approach. Therefore, our result gives a possibility to check experimentally
which approach: CGC or BFKL Pomeron calculus, is more adequate.Comment: 19pp, 11 figures in .eps file
Digital model of sharing economy: blockchain technology management
The modernization of traditional process and service industries, organization of trading and procurement procedures, related financial and logistical operations, change in the structure of consumption associated with the through penetration of information technologies and digitization of economic processes creates the basis for formation of new markets and conditions for their functioning. As employees, consumers, businesses, and manufacturing processes become increasingly related as a single digital space, digitalization offers wide possibilities for new decision-making models being the basis for ongoing global economic and social transformations which change business and consumer models, one of which is the sharing economy. The digital model of sharing economy will be developed and transformed in the next few years to achieve the main purpose – the use of unengaged or underused assets in the economy. In this regard, the search for new tools and technologies for business models development is vital. The authors present the content, advantages, current state and prospects for development of the distributed registry technology (blockchain). It is presented that it will increase transparency, security and efficiency of transactions of economic entities in various financial and non-financial fields. A transactional model of the economic system based on the blockchain technology is presented. The sharing economy features and characteristics are given

Specificity of human capital in the conditions of digital transformation of business organizations
In Russia have emerged all the necessary prerequisites for the digital potential development and digital economy growth rates acceleration. The country has a sufficient intellectual and scientific base, supported by a good system of secondary and higher education. At the same time, the digital economy requires global production renewal, all levels staff retraining and rapid innovative management methods implementation. By all means in conditions of such economy highly skilled and highly paid personnel who has the opportunity to develop and to invest their human capital are certainly needed. The necessity to study the problems associated with the changes of quality of human capital influenced by the digitalization of the economy and determining the vectors for their solution is due to the discrepancy between the skills provided by the education system and required by the new economy, integration and globalization processes that dictate the need to search for modern methods, tools and management solutions for perfection of the formation system and use of human capital. Under the digital economy, the country's competitiveness is determined in the first instance by the accumulated and developed human capital, possessing various network and digital competencies at various levels: global, state, corporate and socio-individual
Transformation of the personnel competency model in the context of the transition to the digital economy
The purpose of the research is to study the problems of the competence interface of personnel management of business structures in the context of digital transformation and to justify the organizational and managerial measures for its development and effective use. The analysis of various approaches to highlighting the competencies of personnel in the digital economy, by which is meant the confident and selective use of information and communication technologies in the ecosystem, is presented. It is determined that the use of digital technologies is a prerequisite for ensuring the competitiveness of business structures. The leading role of “soft” skills, including both cognitive and socio-behavioral abilities, is substantiated. A three-module model of personnel competencies in the context of digital transformation is suggested, in which such digital competencies and skills as: working with digital technologies, creative thinking and behavior, professionally oriented skills in the field of production and managerial activities are highlighted. The use of the competency-based approach to the digital transformation of economic processes helps to increase the adaptability of the existing system of economic relations to the conditions of the new technological structure, and provides the possibility of introducing end-to-end technologies into management decision-making processes in order to increase their efficiency
